Who Is Eligible for InsuredSupport Coverage

If you are a client of an American Lawyer Purchasing Group Association (“ALPGA”) member, you qualify to apply for a special association group insurance program known as Contractual Liability Insurance for Marital Settlement Agreements (CLIPMSA) that covers and pays the monthly child and spousal support payments as stated in your Marital Settlement Agreement when the Paying Party becomes involuntarily unemployed. The short name for the program is “InsuredSupport”.

If you are already working with an ALPGA member, all you have to do is go to the menu bar and click on Get a Quote and Apply for Coverage.

How To Become Eligible

If you are not working with an ALPGA member: they are family law attorneys and divorce services professionals aiding divorced families with legal, emotional, spiritual and financial assistance. Their mission is Protecting Families During a Divorce and When Life Suddenly Changes Afterwards.

If your attorney or divorce professional is not currently a member of ALPGA you can ask them to enroll. It takes less than 5 minutes at www.amlawpg.org. Once they are members you can immediately apply for insurance protection here. Simply request that they do so.

To locate the closest ALPGA member in your area, fill out the Find a Member form in our menu above. Working with an ALPGA member can all be done online via video conference, telephone or email. Physical visits to our member are not necessary unless you so desire.
